EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY POLICY
PAX is committed to meeting the different needs of all clients and contacts. We aim to treat everyone we meet with courtesy, politeness and consideration.
Our services and premises are accessible to people with disabilities. We will make any reasonable adjustments and if you have a special need please let us know. For those with mobility difficulties, please find venue access details on our website.
We will ask for your preferred method of communication. If you have visual impairments you can choose how you would prefer to be contacted, for example by e-mail with electronic attachments. Clients with a hearing or speech impairment may prefer to receive communications by e-mail rather than by telephone.
We can provide INTERPRETERS for clients who are unable to communicate effectively in English or a British Sign Language Interpreter for those clients with profound hearing loss.
