At Pax Mediation, we are proud to offer professional, accessible, and compassionate family mediation services in Ashington. On arrival please go to the main reception area. A member of the reception team will seat you in one of two waiting areas. One of which is in the lobby near the main doors, and the other is upstairs in the atrium above.

We have separate waiting rooms and separate arrival times for all mediation clients so you will never be left sitting in the waiting room with the other party.

Parking. There is free onsite parking right outside the building.
​
Transport. The office is easily accessible by local transport, with the bus station being only a few minutes' walk away.

HOW TO BOOK MEDIATION IN ASHINGTON
Booking your first session is simple:

Call us, email, or complete our online referral form to book your Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM).
2. Attend a MIAM
This one-on-one meeting allows us to assess your situation, explain the mediation process, and determine the best way forward.
3. Start Mediation
Once both parties agree to proceed, we’ll schedule your mediation sessions at a time and format that suits you.
