Who is your training suitable for?
Our training is designed for professionals who work with separating families, including solicitors, legal executives, schools, family support services, and other court-adjacent professionals. No prior mediation training is required.
Is the training theoretical or practical?
Our training is strongly practice-focused. Sessions are grounded in real mediation work and common professional scenarios, with clear takeaways that can be applied immediately in practice.
Who delivers the training?
All training is delivered by accredited family mediators and experienced professional trainers. Training is led by Pax Mediation’s Co-Directors, both of whom hold adult teaching qualifications and have delivered training nationally, including for CAFCASS and at university level.
Do you offer bespoke or in-house training?
