TRAINING FOR PROFESSIONALS

Practical, nationally-recognised training grounded in frontline experience.

At Pax Mediation, we deliver high-quality training for professionals who work with families experiencing separation, conflict, and change. Our training is designed to be practical, insightful, and directly relevant to frontline professional practice.

We are not a training organisation removed from day-to-day work. We are practising, accredited family mediators who work daily with parents, solicitors, schools, and the courts. This means our training is grounded in real cases, real challenges, and real outcomes.

Professionals choose Pax Mediation training because it is:

  • Practical rather than theoretical

  • Honest about what works — and what doesn’t

  • Delivered by trainers with extensive frontline and national-level experience.
