Sarah-Jane Turnbull
Sarah-Jane is a Director of Pax Mediation, an FMCA-accredited family mediator and Professional Practice Consultant (PPC). She specialises in child-inclusive mediation, parenting arrangements and financial matters, helping families navigate separation with confidence and clarity.
Since qualifying as an accredited family mediator in 2016, Sarah-Jane has supported hundreds of families to reach informed decisions about children, finances and future arrangements. She is passionate about ensuring families feel heard, informed and empowered throughout the mediation process.
Laura Ronn
Laura co-founded Pax Mediation in 2012 and is an FMCA-accredited family mediator with more than 20 years of experience supporting separating families. She is also accredited as a Child-Inclusive Mediator and has extensive experience helping parents navigate complex family situations.
Laura is known for her calm and practical approach, supporting families to improve communication, explore options and reach child-focused agreements that work for the future.
Oliver Dobson
Oliver is an FMCA-accredited family mediator with particular experience in financial mediation, property matters and parenting arrangements. He works with families to identify practical solutions and reach informed agreements in a supportive and impartial environment.
Oliver is valued for his clear and structured approach, helping clients understand their options and make confident decisions about their future arrangements.
Harriette Boyden
Harriette is an experienced family mediator with a strong background in child-focused practice and emotional wellbeing. Her counselling-informed approach helps families feel supported while working through difficult conversations and decisions.
Harriette is committed to creating a safe and constructive environment where families can explore options, improve communication and move forward with greater confidence.
Our Support Team
Lisa Smith
Lisa is the backbone of Pax Mediation's administration team and is often the first point of contact for clients. With extensive experience in customer service, administration and client support, she helps ensure families feel welcomed and supported throughout their journey with Pax.
Lisa assists with enquiries, appointments and legal aid applications, helping clients access the information and support they need from their very first contact with the team.
Imogen Edwards
Imogen works within the Pax Mediation team supporting both clients and mediators. Alongside her administrative responsibilities, she is working towards professional accreditation as a family mediator and is developing her experience across a range of family mediation services.
Imogen is committed to providing a positive experience for families and supporting the delivery of high-quality mediation services across the organisation.
Carrie Matthews
Carrie supports the Pax Mediation team while working towards accreditation as a family mediator. Alongside providing administrative support to clients and mediators, she is developing her practical experience through observations and professional training.
With a background in counselling and working with children and families in nursery settings, Carrie brings a calm, supportive and empathetic approach to her role. She is passionate about helping families feel welcomed and supported throughout their mediation journey and is committed to developing her skills within family mediation.
